REGISTRATION

Registration is available for the upcoming International Conference on Advance Plasmonics, Magnetics, and Magneto-optical Technologies – focused on education, innovation and entrepreneurship. Discounts are available for participants through Early Bird registration. Ten scholarships (the registration fee is waived) for selected students/ postdocs are also available. Please register early to receive discounts and secure spots.

CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants are required to treat each other with dignity, respect. No discrimination and actions or statements based on individual characteristics such as age, disability, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, gender expression, appearance, political affiliation, marital status, are allowed. Violations of this policy should be reported to the Conference organizers. Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave the session.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The cancellation and refund will be not allowed after the payment. For exceptional circumstances, $50 administrating fee will be deducted subject to refund approval by the committee.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment should be made in US dollars (international delegates) and local currency (local delegates) must be made by personal or corporate cheque (drawn on a US bank only), wire transfer, or by MasterCard, Visa or PayPal, addressed to “International Conference on Advance Plasmonics, Magnetics, and Magneto-optical Technologies – focused on education, innovation and entrepreneurship. All-Conference attendees, except plenary and invited speakers, must pay the registration fees. Locals can pay the registration fee through bank transfer or cheques or local online transfer means available for them.
