Registration is available for the upcoming International Conference on Advance Plasmonics, Magnetics, and Magneto-optical Technologies focused on education, innovation and entrepreneurship (ICAPMOT 2024). Discounts are available for participants through Membership and Early Bird registration. Five scholarships are also available for selected students/postdocs (the registration fee is waived for need-based candidates). The candidate’s supervisor should sign the form and forward it to the conference Secretariat. Please register early to receive discounts, save on fees, and secure spots and plans.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Registration cancellations made with less than sixty days until the event’s start are no longer eligible for a refund.
• The initial registration fee is non-refundable.
• For cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of the conference, a 50% refund of the registration cost may be possible depending on the circumstances.
• Cancellation will be accepted in writing only (email) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number. For each cancellation, the administrative fee is CAD $100. 

   

All participants are required to treat each other with dignity and respect. No discrimination and actions or statements are allowed based on individual characteristics such as age, disability, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, gender expression, appearance, political affiliation, or marital status. 

Violations of this policy should report to the Conference organizers. Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave the session.

All presenters/speakers and attendees can pay in Canadian dollars using a personal or business cheque or bank wire transfer.  Using the online methods offered on the conference website, they can also pay using Master and Visa Cards, PayPal or any other credit cards. Those who are unable to pay online should select Bank Transfer as their payment method at checkout. 

The registrants are issued an invoice that they can submit to the banks in their respective countries to pay the registration fee.  Locals can pay the registration cost using e-transfer, bank checks, or other available local online transfer platforms.
