Job Description 

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including magneto-optic sensor components and materials.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components required for sensor production.
  • Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels of critical components and materials to prevent shortages and ensure continuous production.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Input data related to inventory movements, adjustments, and audits into the company’s database or ERP system.
  • Quality Control: Assist in quality control processes by ensuring that incoming materials meet specifications and standards.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliations of physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process purchase orders and internal requisitions for inventory replenishment and material requests.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and components.
  • Inventory Optimization: Work with production and engineering teams to optimize inventory levels based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
